In Shaka 1627, P.P. Shreemad Laxminarayana Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji (9th Guru) attained Haripada at the banks of the Godavari in Nashik. To honor their memory and fulfill a long-standing desire to build a temple in their name, P.P. Shreemad Vidyadhiraja Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji observed the Chaturmaas of Shaka 1922 in Nashik, marking 300 years since the 9th Guru's samadhi. During this stay, they acquired a new site near the National Highway and laid the foundation stone on September 15, 2000. The Shree Laxminarayana Bhavana was inaugurated on April 4, 2002, where a marble idol of Shree Laxmi Narayan was installed along with a Vrindavana in memory of the 9th Guru.
