1) Birth, Education, and Deeksha

P.P. Shreemad Vidyadhiraja Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji were born as Raghavendra Acharya into the scholarly Senapur family in Nayakankatte. After receiving their primary and religious education, they were chosen for the sannyasa ashrama. At the age of 21, P.P. Shreemad Vidyadhiraja Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji were given deeksha by their guru, P.P. Shreemad Dwarakanatha Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji, at the Shri Ram Mandir in Wadala, Mumbai, on February 26, 1967. They spent six years as a shishya, during which they deepened their scriptural knowledge under their guru's guidance.

2) Pattabhisheka and Panchashatabdi

Following the mahanirvana of their guru in 1973, they acceded to the Gurupitha as the 23rd Acharya. Their reign was marked by the historic milestone of the Math's Panchashatabdi (500th anniversary). They led the grand celebrations of this quincentenary, reinforcing the spiritual legacy of the institution. Under their leadership, the Math witnessed unprecedented growth and a renewed sense of unity among the followers. On February 9, 2017, they initiated their successor, P.P. Shreemad Vidyadheesh Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji, into the sannyasa order at Partagali. This Shishyasweekar ceremony ensured the continuity of the Guru Parampara in accordance with the math's traditions.

3) Focus on Education, Charitable, and Social Activities

P.P. Swamiji were dynamic leaders who prioritized modern social needs alongside religious duties. They established multiple charitable trusts that provide services in education and healthcare. They initiated scholarship programs for students and set up healthcare facilities to aid the community. Their vision ensured that the Math became a pillar of social support, helping the underprivileged while maintaining the dignity of religious rites.

4) Matha Renovation and Major Religious Functions/yajnas

They undertook the massive task of renovating and restoring various maths across India, including those in Varanasi, Karwar, Gokarna, and the main Math at Partagali in 1999. They also transformed the Bengaluru matha into a grand monument. P.P. Swamiji presided over significant religious functions such as Sahasrakumbhabhisheka, Atirudra, and Shatkoti Ramnam Havan, ensuring the continuous flow of Vedic traditions through grand ceremonial yajnas.

5) Gandaki Yatra

Continuing the sacred tradition of the lineage, they performed the Gandaki Yatra. During this pilgrimage, they engaged in intense penance and religious rituals, further strengthening the spiritual vibration of the matha. They brought back sacred stones (Shilas) and blessings from the holy river, continuing the legacy of their predecessors who held the Gandaki river in high spiritual regard.

6) Mahanirvana

After a glorious reign of 48 years, P.P. Swamiji attained haripaada on July 19, 2021. They were in Partagali at the time of their departure from the mortal world. Their mortal remains were placed in the vrundavana established at Partagali Math. They are remembered as a visionary saint who balanced ancient Vedic knowledge with modern social responsibility, leaving behind a flourishing and spiritually vibrant institution.
