Spread of Siddhanta in Goa

After P.P. Shreemad Purushottama Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji attained Haripada, P.P. Shreemad Anujeevottama Teerth Shreepad Vader Swamiji were crowned as Peethadhipati in Saka 1510. They spent much of their time in Goa, which was then under Portuguese infiltration, and worked tirelessly to spread the Shreemad Madhwa Siddhanta. They established a branch Math at Dicholi (Vyasashrama), located far from Gokarn, which was a significant feat accomplished with the help of dedicated community members. P.P. Swamiji guided the community for nearly 50 years, frequently travelling and staying in the Dicholi Math to strengthen the Vaishnava faith in the region. They initiated their successor before attaining Haripada in Dicholi.
